I think it is important for you all to know that every item is made to order in my small apartment studio in Montreal, Qc. When I receive your order I immediately start working on it.

What that entails:

There is a 2-4 weeks production delay on every order unless otherwise specified.

Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Understanding that the original fees of the transaction are lost and that in an effort to expedite production on your order, waxes are sent to cast the next day, stones and findings are ordered, which all incur costs on my end that are often non refundable.

For the crystal claymores and daggers I usually hold a limited amount of stones in stock and when I am completely out, the specific items on the shop are marked as sold out. The replenishment delay is an approximate 6-8 week.

I offer the option of customizing the stone in your piece. If the option you want is not available in the drop down menus please contact us  directly we'll be happy to try and fulfill your request.

Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping for domestic orders(Canada wide).

And international shipping through Canada Post and UPS.

For international orders please look up your ccountry's import duty and tax fees as Rosa Rvbea is not liable for these fees if they are not included in the original transaction. 

International orders are not eligible for exchages or returns.

Rosa Rvbea is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Whenever possible orders will ship with a signature required on delivery  

Repairs

At this time requests for repairs will treated on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly before proceeding to return your piece.
